Terms and Conditions
Payment Policy
• INITIAL DEPOSIT:: A minimum holding deposit of EUR 100 is required on all bookings to reserve the apartment.

• BALANCE: The remainder is payable in cash on first arrival to the apartment and once the keys are passed onto the tenant.

• REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT: In addition to the final balance a refundable deposit of EUR 300 will be required which is refundable on the return of the keys and provided the apartment is vacated in a good condition (i.e. no major breakage, no defacing)

Cancellation Policy
• Please note that if you decide to cancel your holiday booking, this must be done in writing as soon as possible.

• In the event of a cancellation being made more than 8 weeks before arrival date, your holding deposit will be refunded. If you cancel within 8 weeks of arrival date, all monies paid are non-refundable unless we are able to re-let, in which case we will refund 50% of the total amount.

On Arrival To The Apartment
 

• Unless otherwise agreed, all stays are generally from Saturday to Saturday.

• CHECK-IN TIME: Is normally 2pm. It  may be possible to vary these times. Please enquire.

• CLEANING: If dissatisfied with the quality of cleaning please contact me immediately. (View the “Cleaning Guidelines” sheet in the apartment).

• BROKEN, MISSING OR WORN OUT ITEMS: Please contact me and I will immediately replace.

• BED LINEN & TOWELS: 1 ironed matching set per guest will be laid out already. Other matching sets will be stored in cupboards. Please note is it your responsibility to wash and iron if use more than 2 sets per guest!

• AIR-CON: If supplied, you will be allocated a free 20 hours per week usage. Over this you will have to pay by adding a €1 coin to the meter located in the bedroom for each additional hour.

 

During Your Stay

 

• SECURITY: (a) ALWAYS DOUBLE LOCK THE FRONT DOOR. (b) It is recommended to use the provided safe. (View “Safe Instructions” sheet). (c) Do not allow strangers into the apartment or entry into the block.

• SMOKING: Please refrain from smoking inside the apartment. If necessary go out onto the terrace.

• TERRACES: (a) It is not permitted to hang towels or bed linen over the terrace railings. (b) Please be careful to prevent water dripping down onto the neighbour's terrace below. Do not empty or throw water down the terrace drain.

• ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES: (a) Please switch off all electrical appliances when leaving the apartment or when not in use. (b) If you experience any problems with the satellite, pull out the plug at the back of the wall. This will break the electricity circuit. Replace the plug and turn on TV and satellite.

• GARBAGE: Either use the hallway waste chutes or take out to white door on side of building.

• BREAKAGES: Please contact me immediately to report any broken items or mishaps and resolve the issue.

• EMERGENCIES: (a) View “What To Do In An Emergency” sheet on back of front door. Includes First Aid Instructions. (b) Contact either the day-time or night-time porter. If water leak turn off at water mains or electrical problems check the mains fuse box by door.

• NEIGHBOURS: Please respect your neighbours peace and quiet. Close front door quietly.


On Departure

 

• CHECK-OUT-TIME: 10am unless otherwise agreed.

• KEYS: (a) If using my airport taxi service leave 2 sets of keys on dining table & the driver will lock up at the same time as you leave. (b) If you are making your own way it must be arranged before your departure to whom and where to leave the keys with, as the doors must be double locked!

• CLEANING: (a) Strip beds and place with towels in bathtub and leave the apartment as you came.

• GARBAGE: Take out all garbage.

• DAMAGES: Report any damages immediately and resolve the issue. You will be liable for any damages caused during your stay.


Renter's Responsibility (see Refundable Desposit)

 

• The client agrees to pay for any breakages, losses or damage to the apartment and to take care of it and leave all equipment in a clean and tidy condition at the end of the holiday. In the event that anyone behaves in a manner that we believe likely to cause danger, distress or annoyance to anyone else, we reserve the right to terminate the client’s let immediately and forthwith. We shall not be  responsible for any costs the client may incur, nor pay any compensation or refunds as a result of such action. The client agrees to permit us access to the apartment at any reasonable time during the period of the let.

• Number of Tenants: 1 bedroom apartments sleeps a maximum of 3 people, 2 bedroom apartments sleep a maximum of 5 people, 3 bedroom apartments sleeps a maximum of 7 people only and may not be added to, sub-let or assigned in any way.

• Pets: We do not allow animals, birds or reptiles of any kind in the apartment

• Smoking: For the safety and comfort of all our guests, please refrain from smoking inside the apartment. Please smoke on the terrace.

• Bed linen and bathroom towels: 2 sets for each person are provided. Please note that anything over this used should be cleaned and ironed by the tenant. Beach towels are not provided.
